Kaya

This sweet and gentle soul is Kaya! Kaya's life before BCR was tumultuous to say the least. Her people put substances before her well being, and when the weather got cold, she was thrown outside to survive country coyotes and killing cold. A neighbor was planning on relocating them from country to Ithaca's city streets, but luckily she joined our crew instead. After some serious naval gazing, Kaya decided people were trustworthy again! She's so sweet, and so affectionate, we absolutely adore her! Kaya is great with other cats and adults, but is a little wary around small children. While we're sure more time indoors will only continue to allow her to grow and feel more confident, kids under 7 are probably a no go. Kaya loves to be pet and will follow her person around waiting for more loves to be lavished upon her. If you're looking for an absolute sweetheart to keep you company, Kaya is the one!
