Spork

Spork came to the rescue as a very sick little kitten, and she absolutely blossomed when shown love and care. Just like Catherine, called Birdie, she carries many names! She was named for Isabella Bird (adventurer, explorer and outspoken advocate). She is awfully curious, and will happily explore new spaces, new people and new animals with a brave heart and intelligent spirit. She is quite acrobatic and adores playing fetch, pole vaulting or tossing about all the kitten toys in her den, yet she also loves to cuddle on a blustery day. She enjoys family time on the couch, watching movies, assisting with chores or snuggling in when it’s time to get some work done on the computer. She’s game for anything and wants nothing more than to be near her loved ones. She is such a congenial, communal being that she would be thrilled to have other animal/human friends to hang out with and may be lonely if left on her own too much. She has excellent litter box manners and and is fantastic at navigating the various cat personalities in her foster home, where she has been a joyful addition.
